  I have been going to Spectrum for two weeks now after about ten years out of the Gym. Health and Fitness is a passion of mine so when my physio said I could go to the gym I was so excited. Shannon had recommended Spectrum and told me that Joe was great. I needed someone I could trust to work with me and my physio because of my Cerebral Palsy. I rang Joe explained my situation and the following week I was in the gym getting a cadio program and the week after that was so exciting because I got my resistance training program I love lifting weights even though we are still in baby step stage. I go to the gym twice a week and my goal is to go three times a week. The staff help with my stretching and any assistance I need with the equipment. So there is no turning back for me now just forward. Thank You Joe, Shannon and the rest of the staff at Spectrum. My goals will be achieved.

  Love this gym! Qualified friendly staff and great equipment. Love the option of the outdoor training as well as being able to use the fully equipped gym. Great place to exercise and feel comfortable, without feeling intimated or out of place!

  I absolutely love The environment Spectrum Gym offers its members. They offer awesome group programs which I attend on a regular basis and will always keep coming to them. Their weights and cardio rooms have all you could wish for. Not to mention the staff whom are extremely helpful and knowledgeable they could not have impressed me more. I highly recommend everyone to come to my gym! See you there.
